1. DELIVERY POLICY: We shall ship and deliver the hardware, product and/or other electronic devices to the shipping address provided by you when you place the order. In the event the delivery is not completed due to your failure to receive the hardware, product or device, the hardware product or device shall be returned to its place of origin. If however, You wish to re-initiate the delivery of the hardware, product or device once again, We will charge You additionally for the re-delivery of the same.
2. RETURN POLICY: In case you have purchased hardware and/or other electronic devices and there is a manufacturing defect, You may return the hardware or the electronic device to Cinta Medtech.
For return of the hardware or the electronic devices, the User will have to ship the hardware and/or the electronic devices (at your own expense) in the original box back to Cinta Medtech at Cinta Medtech, 7th floor Skyline Icon, Andheri Kurla Road, Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai 400059.
The hardware and/or the electronic devices will be reviewed and the claim adjudication, will be as per the sole discretion of Cinta Medtech.
If the claim is successful, the hardware and/or the electronic devices will be shipped to the customer free of cost.
3. REFUND POLICY: If you have purchased any hardware, product, and/or electronic devices from Cinta Medtech or subscribed to our services, You are not eligible for a refund from Us. However, in the event the hardware, product or device has not been delivered to you despite delivery attempts being made by Cinta Medtech, you will be provided with a refund after deduction of the order processing fees and the delivery attempt fees.
The refunds are processed to the original source of payment and are processed in 7-10 business days from the date of issue of refund.
